A Place Of Her Own. James C. Christensen (American, born 1942).
“I wanted to create a retreat,” says Christensen, “a secluded little nook filled with art and books where a woman could really get away from it all. Here, the tension melts away as lilting strains of lute music drift across the overstuffed cushions. The objects in the room represent the things that I believe are important to a full and satisfying life…”

Date: 2018-08-21 02:47 am (UTC)I'm delighted to have word from you again so soon! It is my pleasure to talk to you and encourage you. You're enjoyable to spend time with, and I like your ideas. Based on the snippet you showed me, your story is going to blossom into something wonderful.

Except, I am still making icons. I am making so many that I decided to create a dedicated icon journal.
On the topic of icon making, I made some for you.
They are a thank you gift for the beautiful art that you made for me. I love it, and I am so grateful that you took the time to make it for me.
Best wishes,
Bardsley
